Which Brand of AED Should I Choose?

In our last blog we discussed the general cost of maintenance of AED’s and what you should do to maintain your unit. I briefly mentioned the low cost of owner ship of our Life Pak CR Plus. Today, I would like to discuss our brand overall and what to look for when choosing an AED distributor.
There are many different AED manufacturers on the market today. The owner of Chesapeake AED Services is a 25 year veteran paramedic who has used defibrillators and then Automated External Defibrillators. He was involved with the first pilot program of AED’s in the state of Maryland.

- Reputation of the AED manufacturer for product quality and customer service
- Compatibility with the equipment of local EMS
- Vendor can provide complete implementation solutions or maintenance and or compliance programs
