The first week of June is designated to CPR and AED Awareness. The nation wide effort began in 2008 with the support of the American Heart Association and the Red Cross. The program encourages awareness and education of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) and what to do in case some one around you suffers from SCA. Getting CPR and AED Certified and Implementing AED’s through out the community is the first step to having no one die from SCA.
We work very closely with local business’s, church’s, youth groups and sport teams with the sales and education of AED programs, implementation, and CPR/AED Certification. In helping to raise awarenes, we are are holding a Lunch and Learn Seminar at our training facility. Educating our guests with what we do best; Implementing an Effective AED Program. We will cover everything some one will need to know to implement an effective AED program. Some of the topics to be covered are:
- Training
- Liability
- Placement
- Regulations
- Use and Maintenance
- Equipment
- Costs
If your community group, church or business is looking at placing an AED at your facility, please join us. We also invite those whom already have an AED program implemented. We will discuss maintenance and on-going costs associated with an AED. Information that will most likely save you time and money with your current program.
The Seminar will take place at our training facility located at 810 Back River Neck Rd. in Essex, MD on June 6th. We will start promptly at 11:30 as we have a lot of great information to share with you. Lunch will be available after the seminar. You will also have the oppurtunity to meet our team of experts that will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Please RSVP at 410-238-2242 with Sharon or Christina. We look forward to seeing you next Wednesday.
